The main advantages are that the customer can decide about what topics to focus on and which designs shall be used. This means that internal designs can be used for a training that is closer to the daily work performed at the office. Depending on the number of trainees at the custom training there is a chance of more one to one assistance and discussions around the task at hand and possible pitfalls of a certain type of computation. We recommend less than 10 trainees per trainer so that we can make sure that each participant gets the attention they need. Commonly a training course is from 2 to 5 days long depending on the topics to be covered.
